By accessing or using Temper.gg, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

• You must be at least 16 years old to participate in tournaments • All participants must use their primary gaming accounts • Tournament registration fees are non-refundable unless the tournament is cancelled • Prize money will be distributed within 72 hours of tournament completion • Participants must follow all tournament rules and guidelines

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account • Your account is non-transferable • You must provide accurate and complete information • You are responsible for all activities under your account • Violation of terms may result in account termination

• Cheating or exploiting game mechanics is prohibited • Match fixing or betting on matches is not allowed • Harassment or toxic behavior will result in penalties • Sharing accounts or boosting is prohibited • All matches must be played to the best of your ability

• User-generated content must be appropriate and relevant • You retain ownership of your content • We reserve the right to remove inappropriate content • Do not post confidential or private information • Respect intellectual property rights

Temper.gg is not liable for: • Technical issues during tournaments • Lost or delayed communications • Unauthorized access to your account • Personal disputes between players • Indirect or consequential damages
